A Haitian American born in Maryland, I am one of six siblings born to hardworking parents who fled from their home country in the 60’s and later built solid careers as physicians. My life is wrapped with so many blessings… a loving and supportive wife, children, their spouses, grandchildren, their families, and friends. I have been privileged to have served so many people in my community and the state as a peace officer.
